  • Minimum 1 clean per week

Hot Tub Cleaning

$45/visit ($180/month)

  • Test water each trip and publish results 
  • Balance water chemistry
  • As needed Chlorine, Shock, Acid, and Ph Up included
  • Full Vacuum with Hammerhead each trip
  • Empty all skimmer baskets
  • Add or remove water as needed
  • Minimum 1 clean per week

Filter Service

$125

  • Disassemble filter
  • Clean and sanitize filter components
  • Add DE for DE Filters
  • Lubricate all seals
  • Quarterly recommended for heavily active rentals

Commercial and Community Pool Cleaning

Quotation Required

  • Cleaning up to 7 days a week.
  • Cleaning done by a Certified Pool Professional.
  • Remote monitoring of water balance available.
  • Commercial grade chemcials.

Emergency Call Out - $0

(Free for customers on our weekly cleaning program; otherwise, a $150 fee applies.)

If a guest reports an urgent issue that requires an unscheduled visit to the property, we’ll promptly assist outside the regular cleaning schedule.

No Green Algae

At JBH Pool, we guarantee that there will be no algae present in your pool when you follow our recommended service schedule. During the summer season or after heavy rain events, additional cleanings may be recommended to maintain our "No Green Guarantee." If algae growth occurs due to our failure to maintain proper chemistry, we will provide a no-charge visit and prioritize the issue immediately.
