  • JBH will provide service as long as weather conditions allow. On rainy days or during thunderstorms, only chemical treatments will be applied.
  • If your scheduled service day falls on a holiday, JBH will adjust your cleaning schedule that week to accommodate.
  • No service will be provided on the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and the Fourth of July.

Yes, there is a $99 service call fee. This covers the cost of sending a trusted technician to your home to diagnose any issues with your pool or equipment and provide an estimate for any necessary repairs.

Monday through Friday 8:00 am- 4:00 pm. After hours by appointment. Emergency rates apply outside of hours of operation. 

Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis. A $150 emergency fee may apply. In most cases, the system can be turned off until the next business day without causing damage.

Yes, our operations manager will assess your pool and provide a quote for drain and clean services. Please note that this service is not available for fiberglass pools.

All customers must sign a waiver acknowledging the risk that pools may shift or "pop out" during the process.

  • Maintenance work is priced on a per-job basis. A minimum of one hour is required at a rate of $125.
  • If the service can be completed on-site without a maintenance technician, rates range from $35 to $75.

Yes, we can install customer-provided parts; however, we only warranty our workmanship. The parts themselves will not be covered under any warranty.

  • As a new customer, JBH will set up your online account with a debit or credit card on file.

  • A filter cleaning is included in the initial start-up cost to ensure we establish a proper baseline for your pool.
  • We recommend that filters should be cleaned every 3–4 months. We monitor the filter’s pressure gauge and will notify you when your next cleaning is needed.
  • All filter cleaning is priced at $125 per service.
  • All chemicals required for weekly service are included in the monthly service cost.

Yes, a 50% down payment is required for any job over $500.

  • You may cancel your service at any time with a 30-day notice. The final monthly payment will still be required.
