Led by Michael Whitman, a Texas Certified Pool Operator and Ball High School English teacher, this merger elevated our water chemistry knowledge to the highest standard. As our Vice President of Operations, Mike ensures that our services consistently meet a 5-star quality standard for both homeowners and guests.

In January 2025, JBH Pool merged with Outcast Pool Services, a well-established company in Galveston with over 30 years of experience. This partnership has brought significant depth and expertise to our operations. Now serving over 200 customers in the Galveston area, JBH Pool is one of the largest and most trusted pool service companies in the region.
